How many desserts do you offer?

If there is one thing we know, it’s sweet stuff. We base all of our desserts from our 14 main flavor profiles.  From those flavors, 58 dessert items are created!  We carry Cupcakes, French Macarons, Whoopie Cookies, Pies, Cakes, Cruffles, Ice Cream Sammies, Cake Shakes and Frosting Shots.

Should I refrigerate my cupcakes?

Cupcakes are best served at room temperature. See answer to below question for more details.

How long will my desserts keep?

All desserts are best the day they are purchased, since we bake fresh daily. 
Buttercream frosted cupcakes will hold up if stored in an air-tight container for 1-2 days at room temperature.
Cream cheese frosted cupcakes should be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days (the fridge will dry the cake out the longer it’s stored).
Cruffles will keep refrigerated up to 4-5 days.  
Whoopie Cookies and Macarons will keep 2-3 days, air tight in the fridge, served at room temp.  
Ice Cream Sammy’s can be kept in the freezer.  
Frosting shots can be stored in the fridge and served after coming to room temperature.

Do you offer cupcake and dessert delivery?

Please inquire with your store location. We also offer nationwide shipping - Order Online. 

Do you offer corporate logos on cupcakes?

Yes, we can make an exact replica of your logo on edible rice paper or fondant. Please see information on placing a custom order below. 

Do you offer cupcake and dessert shipping?

Yes, we offer nationwide cupcake shipping! Cupcakes and desserts can be shipped right to your door! 

How far in advance do I need to place an order for custom work?

Custom cupcake decorations need to be placed at least 7 days in advance. 
Corporate logos need 7 days advance notice and a jpeg file submitted.
Custom wine desserts need 7-10 days advance notice and your wine needs to be in our hands.
All custom work orders must be paid at time of order. Order is non-refundable and non-exchangeable within 7 days of pick-up date.

Do you offer dessert bars for weddings or special event?

We certainly do, its our specialty!  With over 92 choices of customizable desserts we can create a stunningly sweet masterpiece that your guests will be talking about for days. Please visit our events page for more information. 

How much do you charge for weddings?

Because all of our weddings are customized and priced individually based on the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list, please contact our Wedding Team for more information. 

How many calories are in a cupcake?

Although we don’t technically know the answer to this, we like the saying, “Everything in moderation...except for dessert, have seconds!” 

Do you make gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free desserts?

Yes, we currently offer vegan and gluten-free desserts by special order. We offer gluten free cupcakes in all locations on Wednesdays. Vegan cupcakes are available for special orders with one week's notice. Unfortunately, we do not make sugar-free dessert items. All of our French Macarons are naturally gluten-free, and available in store. We offer gluten-free vanilla, chocolate and red velvet Cupcakes. Some of our Cruffles are available gluten-free and most Frosting Shots are as well.

Are your products made in a nut free facility?

Please be aware that our kitchen prepares food that contain nuts, dairy, eggs + wheat. We cannot guarantee that a product has not come into contact with these allergens. 

How do I check my gift card balance?

The best way to check the balance on your gift cards is to go to the below link, enter the card number listed on the back of the gift card and click "Check Balance".

If you get an error message stating The Card Number that you entered appears to be invalid, please try again. Try removing the last 4 digits of the card number and click Check Balance, this should fix the error.
