As the business owners of a growing cupcake business you can imagine the trials and tribulations you would face. Andrea and Jeff have faced plenty... but each hiccup along the way have helped mold their business model and practices. From 2008, Sift has grown from one location and four employees, to five retail locations, a baking facility, full service wedding + events department and over 65 employees. Sift has absolutely transformed over the last 6 years, we started with 10 daily cupcake flavors and a very different brand. Sift is not just cupcakes, though cupcakes make up 45% of the business sales, we feature a variety of nostalgic and retro-inspired treats with our gourmet twist. Read more about Sift's story below!
